Form Server is a Web-Based application used to manage internet forms. The application was developed as a proof of concept to centralize the creation and distribution of internet based forms. A Form Editor module would allow individuals to create web-based forms for data entry without the need for html programming. A Form Viewer module would display forms to users and validate data entry before data is saved in a database or xml file.

By utilizing the form server, custom applications can chain forms together to create specialized surveys, tests and data entry applications without writing code for the front end GUI.
