SkillTrak is a web based application designed to track employee education, skill sets,
certifications and training profile. The application will be used to identify employees
with the specific skill sets and training required to perform client projects.
General Requirements
- Administrator: define skill categories and skill items that will be tracked by the system;
- Project Managers: search for employees with specific skill sets and training;
generate reports of employee skill profiles;
- Employees: update and review their skills profile containing education, certifications,
and specific job skills by knowledge and skill level.
