General Requirements
- Resource Schedulers: create projects with time estimates for standard and overtime;
add/modify reason codes used to categorize timesheet entries for billing purposes;
- Project Managers: add/remove project members to their projects;
approve/deny employee overtime requests;
- Software Associates: post their daily standard and overtime timesheets;
view timesheet entry history;
view status of overtime requests;
- System: notify Project Managers via e-mail when overtime requests submitted;
