Webassessor is a web-based application that allows the creation of tests, quizes and skill assessments over the Internet/Intranet. The Webassessor application is implemented as a hosted service for Webassessor.com customers.

• Administrator: Manage hosting accounts / customers;

• Manager Module: Used by customer (Ex. HelpDesk, American Express, etc) to manage their instructors, students and host settings;

• Instructor Module: Allow instructors to manage tests, grade assessments and run reports;

• Student Module: Allow students to logon to the system to take new assessments and review previous assessment scores;

• Assessment Functionality:

  Program Limits

  - Unlimited number of tests per host

  - Unlimited number of topics per test

  - Unlimited number of questions per topic

  - Unlimited number of responses per question (excluding short answer / essay type)

  Question Types

  - Multiple Choice (user may select only one of available items)

  - Multiple Selection (user may select one or more of available items)

  - Fill-in-Blank (entry is matched against a list of acceptable values)

  - Short Answer / Essay

  Assessment Features

  - Question radomization by topic, question and response

  - Question pooling (randomly pull question from pool of questions)

  - Timed assessments

  - Test Pre-Requisites (require a minimum score on a previous test)
